We can help with arranagements for those who have difficulty paying*. We have a discounted/sliding fee scale available that is based on family size and income. Please note that when you set up your initial appointment, we will make every attempt to verify your insurance. However, it is always a good idea to verify with your insurance before you give us a call. That way, you will know if it requires an authorization beforehand, and you can also learn about any co-payments, deductibles, exclusions, or limitations that may affect your treatment.

For those of our clients who are LDS, we do accept payment from your local ward. Please note that you will have to set up payment with your bishop and get authorization first. We can then work with both of you on payment.
